Floating Support
Imagine have been providing support services to adults in Merseyside since 1970. Our history of joint working with Health and Social Services, Housing Associations and other agencies spans more than 25 years. We are constantly seeking new ways to improve the quality of life for people living in housing associations properties. In December 1996 we started providing Floating Support to tenants living in Liverpool Housing Action trust properties, who were at risk of losing tenancies due to coping difficulties.
WHAT IS FLOATING SUPPORT?
Floating Support provides a diverse and flexible advice/ support to tenants living in their own homes, to ensure that individuals can successfully maintain current and future accommodation.
The name “Floating Support” refers to the fact that when support is no longer required by the tenant the resources can be transferred to another tenant.
This service is free of charge to people living in Liverpool, Halton and Wirral
