This formally launched in July 2008 and provides quality housing for up to 8 tenants in the purpose built premises.

The awards are now firmly established and widely regarded as the most independent awards within the new build industry. The judges were as much impressed by the service concept and how the design supported that, as the design itself.

Housing minister visits Salford project.
Caroline Flint the Housing Minister is shown round one of the flats at the Salford project by Imagine Chief Exec Iain Brodie Browne and Jane Greenhalgh from Great places Housing Association. Also in the picture is Worsley MP Barbara Keeley.
The Salford project, part of a national pilot, has proved so successful, Imagine are now preparing to launch a second project in Liverpool.
