OutreachLiverpool Outreach Service is based at the Cotton Exchange in the heart of the City. The service provides support to tenants living in accommodation - usually single person flats, which are dispersed throughout the Liverpool area. Our aim is to enable tenants to successfully live independently in their own homes and manage their tenancies, whilst providing opportunities for them to increase their social skills. |
